We put our guests through a
pre-screening process before
accepting a reservation. All guests are required to fill-out a guest registration form and provide their identification. Any potential red flags and we personally follow up with the guests with additional questions.
Clean
Our team meticulously cleans every property after every guest. We are the highest rated management company for cleanliness and we constantly receive complements from guests about the cleanliness of the homes they’re renting. We handle all turnover cleans with our in-house cleaning team. This allows us to maintain quality control over our standards. We DO NOT outsource cleans. We also offer deep clean services when we onboard your property and throughout the year.

The Requirements
For the assurance of both owner and guest, certain requirements must be met in order to qualify as a select rental property listing with Iron Hills. Properties must feature certain accommodations and furnishings customary of our properties. Each property must pass an onsite evaluation, or the owner must agree to changes/improvements prior to qualifying.
